I had been told to stay after class. I was not really sure why, what had I done? My teacher Mrs. Howard was a tough nut to crack. I watched all my classmates leave, as I stood annoyed by her desk. Mrs. Howard was the type of woman that you knew could be attractive if she just was not so uptight and added a little style. She has a sexy body that was always covered up by unflattering clothes. Her hair is the color of fire, but always pulled back in that unattractive librarian bun, and the only make up I ever saw her wear was that tube of cherry chapstick.
She looked at me like she always did, so serious and with no expression. She said, “Your final report you turned in was crap.” Without even blinking, she said, “I suspect you still need to pass this class. “I have confirmed with your guidance counselor that if you fail my class, you can still graduate, but your GPA will fall below the required for the school you selected.”
I could not even think. This was the school that I’ve wanted to attend since 8th grade. I have a party schedule to that whole semester. I begged and pleaded with her to allow be to redo the report. Knowing that I had not done my best and wrote it all in one day.
She put her hand on my shoulder and calmly said, “I will give you one time and one time only to make this a passing grade.” Trying to show my gratitude, I reached to hug her, but she stiffened and pushed me away.
She picked up an envelope and handed it to me. It read- come to this address tonight at 7 o’clock, if you are one minute late you can apply at the local community college. She then turned to her desk and started to gather her things. I stood there not knowing how I felt about this.
I arrived at the address at 6:50, not wanting to be late. I knocked on the door. When the door opened, Mrs. Howard grabbed me inside and locked and closed the door. She looked like I had never seen her before. Her hair out of the uptight bun and flowing down her back and over her soft shoulders. Instead of her normal oversize clothes, she wore a lace black panties and matching bra.
She looked at me and started to caress me, she whispered softly ” Are you ready to earn you an A today?”
